In the summer of 2020, we tried a direct-to-consumer marketing campaign to promote ebook libraries. I was to design a package of social media and website graphics to promote the collection. Collaborating with the director of the publishing team, I acquired graphics from some of the shark books the publishing team had created. My focus was on creating a fun and eye-catching advertisement that worked across all platforms (Twitter, Facebook, company website). 2020 was a challenging year due to going entirely virtual, this product was a good boost that utilized the predicament to our advantage.
ARC Email Campaigns
To assist the sales team, marketing provided numerous email templates that account managers could request to have customized with their own information. These emails were built and managed in MailChimp. In deciding which emails to create into templates, we researched what products the sales team requested materials for most often, what topics the account managers wanted to discuss with their contact lists, and what products or topics would translate well to an email format. The emails were designed to adhere to the company branding, utilize best practices to keep current and prospective customers engaged, and make adding contact information as easy as possible. This streamlined the email process to the point that account managers could expect their requested email within a 48-hour turnaround time.
Feith Web Images
I designed several graphics needed for the Feith website. I designed a graphic promoting the company chat function, a statistic backing up the cost/benefit analysis for business automation software, and a graphic for one of the products. These graphics added a much-needed tech industry aesthetic to the company website.
